Whoa sorry all, I've been so side tracked by school/work lately I haven't had much time to update this account or play FFXI.

I added everyone that added me this past week, HIHI all! :)

Dunno what I'm gonna do about the game yet though, I'm thinking about just deleting my content IDs, but I'm gonna hold off for another month or so to see if I can get any more time.

Haha so I ran all the way to Bastok from Tele-Dem to see Clary's egg collection that she acquired!

After Clary had to go I ran into Hulksmashems in Bastok and asked him to show me his Moghouse but he said he didn't decorate it so I asked him to come back to Windy with me and see mine! I Tele-Mea'd us and OP'd while he choco'd so I could get there before him and add the painting Clary gave me! <3

So yeah I unofficially un-quit. I wont be playing on a regular basis, more on a sporadic one because after a month of single player games, I missed playing with real people. .-.;;

But today was full of awesomeness!

First off got Chantie to Rank 7 Windy! WHOOOO! Also helped Kraven and Smushy go from rank 5 to rank 7 so they could help me with 6-2 ^^;! So it was a fun day of missions! :)

And the Easter Egg event started too, which was lots of fun (but kind of hurt Cha's pocket).

The Hatchling and Melodious ones make noise every other hour! ♥

Afterwards Hornby and Kimi and I decided to hang out and visit each other's houses!

CoP 3-3 Climb the Mountain

Why is it never go fetch me a glass of water from the faucet? Why does it always have to be "Go slay this beast, take the random gem it drops up the freaking mountain and throw it into the pit of burning lava, you'll get a feather. Give me this feather."?

So Xelloss and I headed to Attohwa Chasm to slay Lioumere, the crazy giant bug with huge pincers, and get his gem so we could carry it up the mountain. Unfortunately we didn't realize that fighting directly over his spawn point was a rather stupid thing to do until after we tried to 2HR and knock him dead, because he has this insane healing ability that puts him back to full if he burrows back into the sand. @-@

After 6 or 7 times of him instant healing we finally had the idea to move it away from the spawn point and he died within a few minutes since then I had time to Bind/Gravity/Sleep it so it couldn't get back to the spawn point. When we were standing over it, I had no warning since it was instant.

After that we attempted to climb the mountain. It was actually pretty easy once we got the hang of it; Xell fell once and I fell twice. Three is my lucky number. :D Took me three tries to reach the top and made it just in time! ^^

Just for this portion of 3-3, Total Estimated Time: 2.5 hours. Only 30 minutes was spent actually fighting the mob and running up the mountain. The other two hours? Being freaking lost in the Chasm. -_-; I will NEVER complain about the jungles again. The Chasm map is a completely useless map and doesn't even hint at where the miasma block-points are. After 30 minutes of trying to find the Loose Sand, we found it and decided to find the start point on the mountain to save some time, well problem was once we climbed up the mountain a little ways to see what it was like, we totally jumped off at the wrong spot and spent another 1.5 hours wandering around aimlessly trying to find our way back. -_-;; *headdesk*

It was pretty damn funny though since the entire time we both had about 20 different versions of This Song playing in the background. XD

We managed to complete all of the 3-3 and 3-4 cutscenes as well so we're ready to do some chip farming for 3-5. Though this weekend should be 2-5 for Smushy, so next weekend will be 3-5. :)

Managed to get four merit points today on Cha's rdm! One from LS party and 3 from a pick up: brd/brd/rdm(me)/rng/war/nin. Was seriously an awesome party, was actually a ls party really, I think I was the only one not in their ls haha. Between the brds and the nin I was using up very little MP, so I actually got to nuke. XD

Gogo Aero III and Blizzard III!

Would have been nice to see this chain go higher but they had to go do an lsevent. Shame too, we were the only ones in BhafThicket so we had tons of mobs. ;_; probably could have gotten tons more merit points but oh wells.

Should I do 3 STR and 2 INT instead and skip MND? I'm planning on lvling Ninja and Drk next anyway, but those will probably only be for subjobs. It's also not like I get resisted much on RDM anyway, least not in merit parties, no idea about HNMs though. The only other job I'd take to 75 would be BRD or COR but it's rather unlikely at the moment that I'll level another job to 75 on Chantie, since I really do like RDM lol.

I don't really know about the last three spells, Dia, Paralyze or Phalanx, they seemed like the best options but would Slow III, Blind II or Bio III be better?

So I had an awesome day today. :) First I got a party that actually wanted to SC so I could burst on Meurn's BLM and went from 28 to 30 in about two hours, w00tga! Now just gotta take WHM and BLM 10 more levels to be through with them. ^^

Then I had planned to join some ls members at campaign but by the time I switched characters all of them had logged. X.x;; hahaha, so decided to do some solo skilling with Chantie at the Tree; before I even OP'd though Kimi logged in and said he'd skill too so I was thrilled. Always more fun when there's two instead of one. ^_^= We did Robber Crabs for a while but I wasn't getting many skill ups and Des happened to login so I bothered him to come and join us. XD He did as Pld/Rdm so he could tank the steelshells for us. XD

Since Kimi and Des both had latents that needed to be broken we kept sc'ing Gravitation and I kept bursting Stone II because I thought it was funny. XD We also were all leveling our NPC's too which was great. There had been another Skill party there while we were, but they broke eventually and a lone whm asked if he could join our group, so we let him. :D lol the lone hume in a group of Tarutaru.

So got 11 levels on sword (219), almost to 240 for Savage Blade! :) Des is only 100ish away from breaking latent, Kimi hit 241 club, dunno where he is on latent though. XD Both Kimi and Des's npcs got one level, and I got about 2k worth of limit points lol. XD

Tehehe, Kimi and Des are look-a-like twins!

The Trials of Soloing

*sigh* It's bad enough that the game makes soloing such a pain to begin with, but it really annoys me when people kill the BST mobs. ;_; I mean seriously, how can they say they didn't know you were fighting it? It's the only mob left a live in the room and you're standing there staring at it. I always put in my comments too: Giga's Sentry "I'm playing solo right now."

Granted it's not the best translation but normal people can figure it out. -_-;

So first I started today in the bottom room in the tower, the one to the left of the zone. I normally don't bother with this room at all since too many people level there, but I figured wth, since there were currently no parties in the tower. Cleared the room with Chantie and eventually got all three Gigas to be Sentry. So was doing really well for about 30 min of just chain dc killing of the bats. Then about 30 minutes later two blms showed up, both lvl 20 and started pulling bats. I'm too lazy to pull against people and I figured they needed this area more than I did since it's right near the zone in case they mess up a pull. So sneak/invis'd Meurn and went up the stairs in that room. Had Chantie clear the room again a few times and finally got another two sentry to spawn while Meurn took out the Seeker/Ancient bats.

This worked out really nicely since most people leave this upper floor room a lone because it's too hard for low levels to get to usually. A few times the BLM duo actually ran up stairs since they knew Chantie and Meurn were there so that Chantie could save them from an aggro. XD; I seriously lol'd the first time when one of them was running around in a circle around Chantie going "help help". Chantie has so much MP though it didn't interfere with Meurn's leveling so I didn't mind and it provided entertainment. Once or twice Cha had to go raise one of the two too. XD

But then a BST showed up with their npc and attacked the first sentry, so I asked in /tell with Meurn if they'd please not kill the sentries, they could have whatever other mob spawned in the room. But they said 'No, it's not your mob.' T_T Point to note, I never said it was MY mob, I just said I was exping off of the pets. -_-; Excuse me for asking for a little bit of courtesy, there are tons of other rooms in the tower and I wasn't even opposed to sharing. -_-; how irritating. Oh well, it was time for me to go to work anyway.

BCNM 30 "Petrifying Pair"

So was running through Whitegate getting ready to try and solo BCNM 6-2 for Windurst when I saw Ryushii shouting for BCNM 30, Petrifying Pair. So I asked him if we were doing YOYD for loot and he said yes so I agreed to go as rdm/blm.

After a bit of trouble finding a Ninja, Avan finally joined us.

Fight: Petrifying Pair

Setup:
30 RNG/NIN - Ryushii
30 NIN/WAR- Avan
30 RDM/BLM- Chantie

So we entered and buffed, I kited the brown lizard with Gravity and Bind and kept Ryu and Avan Regen'd and Heal'd. I died once during the first run, I always die the first run. But that's why I had said to let me go first with the orb, so no harm done. I had reraise up (yay conquest scrolls) so just raised after they provoked brown lizard and finished the fight. Died because I got too much hate from Gray lizard (I think Ryu and Avan both got petrified) since it attacked me a while after I cured Avan. Unfortunately it's attack was in the middle of my gravity cast causing an interrupt which allowed the Brown lizard to break free of bind and the two took me down. ;; But it didn't matter because we finished fight and won!

Yay leaping boots! ♥ Chantie can finally not feel gimp about leveling War. XD; It was actually kind of freaky that these dropped because I had this conversation with Pepreaubont prior:

LOL well Pep was right! XD And not only that, we actually went 3/3 on the boots the first run. o-O; O-o; total oddness lol. Ryu actually got Utsu: NI too on his orb. :O!

We did a second run too, nothing good though. I actually FORGOT to get a new orb. *headdesk* I dunno some how I looked at the orb in Port and thought "oh I have one, awesome!" ._.; then got to Sandy and saw my beastmen seals and paused. "Didn't I have that amount before?... CRUD MUFFINS!" So yeah... LOL. Ryu was already on a time limit though and even though they offered to wait for me to get another I declined and said I'd just go with them for their runs.

We won both times but none of the major drops on either of their orbs. We might try to get together again this week and do another. :D I want a NI scroll for Ninja and another pair of boots for Meurn would be nice so I don't have to share -lazy-. XD

Also attempted to solo 6-2 for Windurst rank after that, 0/3. ;_; and wasted 2hr, so I'll try again tomorrow. I'd really like to finish these ranks up, but that only Windy people above my rank can help me really holds me up. Most of my shell is Sandy and I don't want to be a pain and ask Des or Howling for help again. ;_; They helps me so much, it'd be nice if I could find something to help them with instead. I really think I can solo this anyway, just gonna take some practice and a lot of luck. XD; Will try again tomorrow before work.

2007 Flashback, Everybody's doing it!

After leaving the game for over a year, I finally returned in July of 2007. I don't think I ever quite recovered from my first two linkshells breaking, and even though I continued with the game a year after these linkshells broke, I couldn't quite become happy in the new linkshell I was given. That linkshell had problems too, the people that I grew closest to in that shell quit or were kicked. After that drama had occurred, I couldn't see any reason to continue with the game. So I sent all my gil and sellable equipment to one of my first ingame friends as a thanks for everything he did for me in the beginning of the game. I then sent Chantie to the Hall of the Gods (my favorite zone at the time) and drank a poison potion and let her die. It was a very symbolic moment for me at the time since I thought that would be the last time I would ever see my character.

Even though I still hadn't really felt quite at home with this linkshell, and the drama that event had caused which got two of my friends kicked, I kept visiting the forums of the ls for the year I was gone. And, eventually, around my brother's birthday in July he brought the game up again for no real reason. He use to play too, but he quit out of boredom and moved back to EQ2. Talking about the game again made me want to reload it. So I did. I spent about a month ingame silently on a new character, Meurn, even though I had my old character Chantie back as well.

Then one day I was running Meurn through Jeuno and saw one of my oldest FFXI friends who was in the linkshell whose forum I still visited. They had recreated the shell again after I left, because apparently the LS leader had quit too. She was standing next to another lsmember who I didn't know at the time but the two yellow dots really stood out to me. So I went up to her and /poke'd her three times on Meurn. Then sent her a /tell and said "I'm back" and so she handed me a yellow pearl. =) I now feel like this linkshell is my ingame home. It's really great to be able to enjoy this game with friends again. So thanks Arctic, Clary, Smushy, Pep, Lumi, Dark, Fire, Hornby, Isi, Pumi, Xelloss, Kraven, Kochan, Katran, Silvereclipse, Destroyplanets, Hulksmashems, and everyone else for making this game fun for me again. :)

My biggest accomplishment for this year was of course getting Red Mage, the job I started with, to 75. =) FEELS GOOD! lol.

New Year In-Game Goals:
* Merit RDM like a crazy girl. :P
* Meurn 50 WHM, BLM, and SMN
* Chantie 37 NIN, DRK, BLU
* Hakusaku to 80 Cloth and 80 Leather.
* Finish ZM, COP, and ToAU LOL

* Find a way not to be broke. :P
* Go to FFXI EXPO next November! ♥♥♥

I doubt I'll actually get all of these done since I plan to slow down my playtime when I enter art school (be it in Spring or Fall). And besides, I can't start leveling like mad, it would confuse everyone. "Whhhaattt? Chantie never levels!" XD; <3

Prime Avatar Battles and Moldavite Earring!

So spent a lot of time with the LS on New Years day! Was originally planning to party on Meurn and get her to 30 and open summoner, but Jamzo and Isinume said in lschat that the Lord of Onzozo spawned (holder of the fabulous Kraken Club! o-o) and they wanted help killing it. So excused myself from Meurn's party and logged into Chantie and OP'd to Onzozo. Got there in time to find out that Jamzo and Isinume were very very dead lol! Lucky for them Pumillio was willing to come out and dish out so lovely Raise 3's. (Since Isi's reraise 3 wore when he was afk). Killed the lord no sweat, with:

Lumiaris 73 NIN/DNC,
Kraven 71 MNK/WAR,
Isinume 75WHM/BLM,
Pumillio 75WHM/BLM,
Jamzo 75THF/WAR,
Pepreaubont 72 RNG/THF (I think he was /thf ._.; idk),
and myself 75RDM/BLM (shoulda subbed /whm though :3)

No drop though. ;_; *sniffle* Jamzo, Kraven, and Isinume were originally down in Onzozo to get Isi a jerkin from OSE though so we all decided to stay and help. :) However after 3 hours + of no pop we all kind of gave up and said we'd try again later. @_@;;

While we were there though Mysticmaker Profblix popped! So thanks to Pep's widescan and the amazing Jamzo and his quick pulling abilities, Jamzo managed to reach Mystic with flee, pulled and killed him and netted me the drop! *squees and dances with Jamzo* YAYS!

After the 3+ hours of no OSE pop, Lumiaris asked if anyone could come and help Cartman do the Prime Avatar fights! I love these fights so I was happy to go. :D We only did Shiva and Garuda battles though, I already had Shiva but that means I'm one whisper closer to getting Fenrir. =) Also got Garuda! These fights were really easy as:

You've run so long you've run so far.

Over three years of playing and I've done what I thought impossible, I actually dinged 75 tonight. :) Getting RDM to 75 tonight was an awesome feeling, especially since this was the job I started with all those days ago when I was flipping through the ps2 Brady Guide (lol). When I originally picked RDM it was because reading about it I saw RDMs got white magic, black magic, and melee abilities. Ultimate Job FTW! XD Of course after I started playing it I realized that it wasn't meant to be played anything like I thought of, it was a support job. Something at the time I'd never understood. But I stuck with it through it all. Since I've quit and come back so many times I had to keep readapting to the role of RDM with the release of expansion packs and new party setups. This really feels great though since my goal was to hit 75 before the new year. And I did! By two days! XD XD

The party I was in was actually a merit party but they took me on. It was my first attempt at a roaming party where I didn't get a chance to rest. With the brd + cor (and later brd + brd) though, I didn't have any MP issues. :D *dances* It was a lot of fun and a great party to hit 75 in. :D

Chocobo and Crafting Goodness!

This is the Beast Master that abused his Chocobo in the Chocobo Riding Quest. He now takes care of his Chocobo. :)

The irony of this is that I was trying to teach her Bore for the last two weeks, and the first time I hit the wrong book, she learned that ability, LOL. ;_; So much for a digging Chocobo. I'm switching her plan to Speed Chocobo. Now she knows Treasure Finder and Gallop, how random lol.

I decided I'm gonna plvl Hakusaku's cloth crafting to 60 and get him his glasses, then try for 80 so he might be able to HQ or at least not break NQ Vermillion Cloaks.

Unfortunately, the only craft that didn't seem like a total loss was Hunter's Cotton and that requires Carapace Powder that's in shot supply. x( So decided to level his bonecraft lol.

So did a lot of goofing off today. Did the Star Celebration event for Meurn and Chantie, though Meurn still needs her +1 boots. Helped a lot of people get their boots with Chantie and got tons of prizes, as shown above. :D Dream Stocking from Windurst, Dream Dinner Set from San d'Oria, Dream Coffer from Bastok. As well as some cake thing from Bastok and lots and lots of fireworks. XD I had planned on going to solo skill up Chantie's sword skill at the Tree but Hulksmashems /tell'd me and said he was bored so we decided to take out our lvl one jobs. XD He needed to lvl ninja and the only job I had at lvl one on Chantie was mnk, so brought that out. Got from 1-6 in about 1.5 hours. Would have gotten more if I didn't keep getting us killed by attacking things too tough for us, but it was way fun. XD We're thinking about doing some kind of static/duo thing together for a while so he can get nin up, but I may switch to drk or brd since I want to lvl those. XD Probably brd just because I don't want to have to wait on him when I decide I want to lvl drk for chainspell stunner goodness. So a fun day of goofing off. :D

Got to talk to Devlan too today in IM chat, which is awesome since he's over in Iraq and can't play until they unblock the ports.

Wheee so finished obtaining all my Maws today! :D Hornby ran me all the way to Sandy [S] and back lol. XD We had a few close calls (ok a lot), at one point I had to chainspell and warp because I trained so many Gobbies in Batallia because every time I got hit (even with stoneskin on) it would cancel the Maw event so I couldn't zone. XD Luckily I got the Maw right before this happened so I just OP warped back. No deaths for Chantie! Which is pretty amazing, because I always die. Hornby died once though due to my mistake, XD I casted invis on him right next to a Djinn and we both forgot it aggro'd magic, lmao. So I managed to sleep it but he had already torn off in an attempt to save me and trained the other half of the zone. XD So I had to zone to remove hate but before I came back to raise him a pixie used Raise III on him which rocked, since I only have Raise 1. He got his level back! *dances*

After this lovely Maw expedition Pumillio joined us in Jugner Forest and we did a few campaigns, and ended up getting slaughtered by that gold Orc several times, lol. XD No xp lost though! w00t! Though poor Pumi kept forgetting to get his Tags so I think he did lose xp on his deaths.

I really like Jugner Campaign's they seem to happen much faster there than the other areas and there's a lot more people, so much I actually lag, lol. :D

For whatever reason, Pumillio just NOW made the connection that I'm in fact both Meurn and Chantie. Yes, I really have no idea how he never knew before. One would think that he'd question why Meurn and Chantie finish each others sentences a lot (it depends which screen I'm on, which one I type on). So I found this pretty hysterical, especially since the siggy I use for the forums is a Siggy for Meurn under the name Chantie. o_o I dunno, he's weird. Makes me laugh though that all the conversations we've had on both my characters and he's thought I was two different people. Well I guess it's good that he got a long with me twice? LOL.

Playing the Clapping Game!

So yesterday was suppose to be the second meeting of our CoP static except Xelloss and Smushy were no shows lol. Smushy did call Isi a head of time though, he was test flying planes for the Navy but his plane broke so he couldn't get on. And I'm guessing Xell forgot. XD

Oh wells, better luck next time.

Pumillio, Isinume, Flinx, and I along with Lumiaris did get together and head to the Citadel and get Flinx his AF WHM hat. :D Then we headed to the Temple and got Isinume his coffer for SAM AF. We also got Lumi a hornetneedle which he was very excited about. XD We spent about an hour with me hasting him and killing everything in sight so he could see his delay, or lack there of, lmao. Pumi and I attempted to get maps too, but we ended up getting to tired. :( I logged out behind the Guardian though so maybe there will be a chest there when I log in tonight. :D Hopefully anyway.

Isi committed suicide by creating a HUGE train. We're still not really sure why. XD

So yeah, a lot of goofing off last night, but it was pretty funny. :) I got to Chainspell and use my level one Aga's from /blm on one of Pumi's trains. XD Tehehe, that was awesome.

The Tarutaru Trio!

Technically this is an overdue entry, but I was saving it for a day I felt like updating but didn't have anything to update on. :) hahaha.

Pretty much just finished up the cutscenes with Xelloss today for CoP 3-3 we went running all of Windurst to get them done so we can go fight the NM in the chasm. These cutscenes were seriously hilarious, I love the Tarutaru Trio, they're just amazing.

Chocobo Rider

Just logged in today to watch over my Chocobos, hence why the above picture has nothing to do with this post. I just liked it and have been waiting for an excuse to post it. :D

Yesterday Xelloss and I did a Campaign battle in Grauberg [S]. I got around 560 xp and 380 notes I think. I died once during the battle and he died twice. XD He still got more xp than me though, lol.

We did manage however to get Pashhow Marshlands Maw, and South Gustaberg Maw, and made it to Bastok_S :D So hopefully I can do those missions next time I'm on to see that storyline.

Three hours of fighting and we finally got a RDM Testament!

So I lucked out majorly yesterday while soloing my testament for RDM on Cha. I ran into a new friend I'd made in a previous party, lilrxj, who was on his other character Johnpaul. Him and his friend Evr had come so Rxj could get his af key for his SAM (he two boxes). They offered to help me get my testament if I would help them kill Tonberries for his key. So I agreed and the three of us set off to do some Tarutaru damage reaping. :P We ended up getting 4 - 5 coffer keys, 2 scrolls of Thundaga III, and Rxj's key in the three hours before my testament FINALLY dropped. XD lol! I think it hated me. x.x;

Anyway, after getting my testament I headed over to Ru'Lude Gardens where I waited 3 hours for Darksday.

A Short Adventure

Chantie and Meurn Kicking Yagudo Butt

So took Cha's level 8 war/thf out with Meurn's 8 mnk/whm (lol gimp healer) for about 30 minutes today, did pretty well, had a few close calls and died once (called it quits then because it was time for work anyway). It was a lot of fun though and I plan on doing it more. Eventually I really want Meurn to do dancer or rdm/nin with Chantie's nin/war. Not sure if that'll be too much work though. I might end up just partying them separately, I dunno yet.

I did however do my own first .dat edit of Meurn. :D I wanted her pony tail back but I still wanted her to have pretty eyes and pink hair. So This is what I got:

I noticed though after I took these screenshots that I have to alpha-map her hair because it's blocky. XD But other than that I'm really happy with how it turned out. :D

DING! lvl 70!

After three years of playing, I finally hit level 70 with Chantie's RDM. :)

Now all I have to do is beat Maat. @___@; lol

Also got Meurn's mnk to 8 today. :) Gonna level her war to 10 tomorrow and then sometime this week take Chantie and Meurn's War and Mnks to 20. ^^

Well managed to get nothing really done today. Got a party as soon as I logged in and headed out to meet them in Mire.

We were:

Well for whatever reason one of the thieves decides that we'd get a lot better experience going to Nyzul Isle and fighting Colibri. Neither myself nor the whm have this staging point but the thief that suggested it said he'd walk us. Now I know the majority of the time a party wants to move camp, it's a bad idea, something always goes wrong. But since I did really want this staging point I figured eh what the hell?

The thief was almost impossible to follow to get there (why the hell would you use flee when you're trying to show someone the way?) But other than that no aggros and the journey went without incident. Though we did get delayed in Whitegate for like an hour because people kept going afk and relogging. The whm also never came back here so they replaced with another rdm/whm. *headdesk* I really hate two red mage parties. I'll take it as a last resort if there are no other healers available but in my opinion we would have been better off with another DD. -_-;

Rdm + Brd = ♥
Rdm + Whm = ♥
Rdm + Smn = ♥

But Rdm + rdm is just stupid, especially against colibri. Red mages are suppose to do the following: heal, enfeeble, haste, refresh, and if /whm all the na's. But against Colibri? Seriously, they're boring enough to fight with just one rdm? But two rdms? We ended up taking turns enfeebling the colibri then erasing each other when it recasted it on us. >.>;;

And on a minor pet peeve, why don't rdm spells stack with ninja spells? -_-; It's just stupid that they don't. It's not like SE would have to make it so that it gives like twice the effect or anything. They made blind and flash stack, so why can't ninjitsu spells stack with our enfeebles?

Anyways the Colibri were way too tough for this party, took them forever to beat it down. Ninja and puller died once each due to serious linkage. (Here's a thought, when pulling don't run at the other 3 colibri in your path @_@;) The rest of us managed to zone both times.

After the ninja's death they wanted to move party again but this time I called it quits. Four hours and only 3k to show for it. Which when I was running back on foot to Halvung staging point I died and lost. -_-; Because earlier I had to use my warp cudgel when the thief that was leading us to the staging point in the beginning took us to the wrong one and there was no way out. @-@;

In lighter news however did a campaign and did two intel quests (90 xp each and 480 allied points each). Figured out intel quests are seriously easy to do if you have whm at 37+

Set my HP to Past Windurst, accepted mission, teleported to mea (in future) chocobo'd to Maw in Mountains, used Maw, ran to Yagudo fortress got the ??? and warped back. Figure I'll do this once or twice a day depending on how many OP credits I have. :D

Ah wells, was a loss for xp but it was still a pretty enjoyable day. And the other rdm was pretty funny, we were like in sync with all of our spell casts. o-o; I should have taken a screenshot because we were both Tarutaru rdms in AF and we had the same staff change macros and everything. XD; We kept casting refresh on ourselves at the same time, regen on our DDs at the same time, and haste on them at the same time. o-o We were like mirroring each other. XD gogo twin tarutaru!

I heard that odd beasts had started appearing across the lands of Vana d'iel. Adventurers from all over were said to be disappearing when they came in contact with these monstrosities. Taking up my hat and sword I adventured out onto the plains of Rolanberry Fields on the outskirts of Jeuno to see them for myself.

Several adventurers stood before the great beasty, a Cavernous Maw, they called it. I weaved my way to the front of the crowd (it's good being a Tarutaru) and stood directly before it. Then suddenly it lurched forward unleashing a great gust of wind that attempted to suck me in!

When I awoke a strange field lay before me. Three chocobo riders gathered near me and questioned me of my identity, then they announced a strange thing, that the doors of the city of Jeuno had been closed. They said I should report to the Crawler's Nest for safety.

The Crawler's Nest? That tunnel filled with those disgustingly large insects? How am I to find safety there? And what am I being protected from? Before I could utter these questions though the riders were off, leaving me a lone with the quieted Maw.

I figure that I might as well head to the Nest and see what all the fussy~wussy was about. As I passed through the fields a noticed more and more that something drastic had happened to the Rolanberry Fields. I couldn't have been unconscious that long could I? It didn't make any sense. When I reached the Nest I was surprised to find many civilians inside. Some nodded to me, other's spoke not at all. I noticed a gathering of adventurers around a Tarutaru near the center of one of the tunnels, they seemed just as confused as I was. 'Could this be the disappeared adventurers? Had I disappeared? Where were we then?'

The Tarutaru spoke fast and told me I should report to the city of Windurst and speak with the leader of the Cobras.

I found I could not call Magic~Embers to my aide to ride, the signal seemed to be jammed. So I was forced to proceed to Windurst on foot. I also found that the road to the Canyon was blocked, I had to find another way around. Some adventurers directed me through a strange Fortress that led to West Saru.

The first thing I noticed upon my way towards my native land was that the great Horutoto Ruins were restored. Though I wished to investigate that mystery further I felt my answers first would lie in Windurst. I was not prepared at all for what I found there.

The Windurst's War Warlocks were setting out to battle!

The Mithra had formed their own battle group, the Terrible Tigeresses and the Cobras! Both led by Romaa Mihgo. It couldn't be that cat burger, Nanaa Mihgo's mother... could it?

Perih Vashai is leading the fighting? But it's said she hasn't fought since her days as an elite Ranger for the Stary Sybil during the Crystal War!

Windurst always get's the cool people. :P

Anyways finished Windurst WOTG Missions 1 and 2. At one point you're suppose to fight an NM called the War Lynx in the fort. He seems duoable for a 75, if not soloable. I saw a trio of JP Tarutaru were planning on doing the fight and asked them if I could join their party and they said yes. :D So it was a really easy fight for us as a 68 RDM, 75 BRD, 75 SMN, 75 BST. :)

Unfortunately my fraps weren't on so I couldn't screenshot the most amazing cutscene ever which occured after this fight. ;____; but I'm sure they'll be more to come. This looks like a really interesting storyline.

Also got a star globe (furniture) which is so really rather ugly, I didn't feel it worth screen shotting. I'm glad I never bought one for my MH.
